And safely fly back to a major airport to  unload at the terminal in front of podcasts and news cameras! As the project matures orbital flights will start . Take a load up and bring a new load down.

 

For the first time a loaded space vehicle will launch vertically from earth into orbit and unload. Then it will move to another orbital location and be reloaded in orbit with cargo bound for processing on earth. The vehicle will de orbit burn and fly to any major airport on earth to be unloaded. Then the vehicle can be flown to the next launch site it is scheduled to work at.

What will it look like? Does it launch vertically strait up? What kind of fuel is clean liquid hydrogen? Does it’s reactive movement thrusters use  poisonous reactive chemicals or clean hydrogen and oxygen? Can it really land at any large airport on earth? Will it land like an airplane? Does it have a crew? How can I get a chance to ride on it ?

 

Will I really be able to get a flight lottery ticket at the corner store! Yes!

 

 

What body will it use?

 

When considering rocket powered vertical launch direct orbital insertion a path straightest out of the atmosphere is optimal. Thunderbird does not have wings , rather it is the wing. The least amount of resistance straight up through the atmosphere with the least amount of weight of structure wins the day. What is the payload weight to orbit? And back? Wait ! Cargo back from orbit? Yup. Revenue stream up revenue stream down. Thunderbird is a workhorse. Investors will be pleased.

Thunderbirds in earth orbit can load any raw minerals or common cargos and fly them back to earth for processing. SpacejetX will support all other company’s and orbital facilities with any cargo or passenger needs.
